| DIG your Farmer One minute you are in the produce section of the grocery store talking to a friend, the next thing you know you are in the dirt growing food for 80 people with your friends. It’s a good thing that Vicki Gallagher (right) and Susan Muenzer (left) can laugh about it now. They, along with Laura Nilson and Lydia Allen are pursuing a life long interest in gardening, organic and sustainable practices resulting in healthy eating at Friendship Farms.
